Ordering and Shipping
Packages are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days (M - F) following receipt of the order. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your package has shipped.
If you have questions about your order, or when it was shipped, please email us and we will do our best to help you locate it.
Although both the manufacturer and our shipping staff attempt to check each item for any defects, occasionally items may have a defect. Defective products are usually exchanged or repaired direct by the product manufacturer. If you are not sure how to contact the manufacturer of the product you purchased, please email us.
Due to the excitement and busy time during Pre Sale all orders are non refundable. Codes for split payments 10% or 50% down are allowed. Please see Split Payments below.
All Pre Orders require a 10% non refundable down payment before initial order is placed. You then have until the item ship date to pay the remainder. The time you have to pay will vary depending on how early you placed your order.
Using our split payment codes (10now & 50now) hold you liable for your purchase and are non refundable. Please note that the remainder of your order (the other 90% or 50%) will be invoiced to you via Shopify or PayPal and are due when your items are ready to ship. Estimated ship dates will vary on pre sale items 2-4 weeks. Estimated ship dates on pre order items 3-4 months.
Coupon codes may not be combined and our site will not allow this however free shipping at a $ or % off code may be combined. If you wish to apply rewards points along with another code please email us.
Rewards Points codes will be emailed to you in the form of a long coupon code. This is your earned $ and may be used on any items sitewide. You will earn 1 point for every $ spent but be on the look out for our double or even triple points days.
